Finding Staff, Pro Bono Advocates, and Contacts
There are two ways to find staff users, pro bono users, and contacts in Legal Server: searching and lists.
Search
Using the Search menu to perform a search for Contacts is typically the quickest way to find a specific person. All users are also contacts, so a Contacts search will return matches from all three groups.
Lists
Contacts is usually a top level navigation tab. That page contains a list of all contacts and includes various filters such as Contact Type to display subsets of contacts.
User lists may also be available as a top level navigation tab depending on site configuration.
