Permanent Address Block

Displays several fields to record a permanent address: Perm. Zip, Permanent Contact Address, Perm. Colony, City, and State.

Configuration Options:

* Show Permanent Name - display a text field for "Permanent Contact Name"

* Show Permanent Colony - display a text field for "Perm. Colony"

Reporting

Unlike other address fields that are on subtables under the Case Data > Person subtable, the fields in this block are directly under the top level Case Data table.
